Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Boiled Moong Beans.
- 1 Finely Chopped Onion.
- 1/2 Finely Chopped Cucumber.
- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato.
- 1/2 Bowl Muesli or 1/2 Bowl Nylon Sev (Optional or both can be used together).
- Salt as per Taste.
- Red Chilli Powder as per Taste.
- 1/2 Spoon Turmeric Powder.
- 2 Spoon Coriander Powder.
- 3 Spoon Cooking Oil.
- 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds.
- 1/4 Spoon Mustard Seeds.
- Pinch of Hing.
- 1 Spoon SPRIG Habanero Sauce(As per taste)
- 1-2 Green Chilli.
- 2 Spoon Tamarind Chutney.
Ingredients to Garnish
- Grapes, Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves & Pomegranate & Pineapple (Optional) it will enhance the taste.
For Sprinkling
- 1/4 spoon Cumin Powder & Pink Salt.
- 1/4 spoon Chaat Masala ,
- 1/4 spoon SPRIG 6 mix peppers
Recipe:
- Take a frying pan, add cooking oil.
- Add Mustard Seeds & Cumin Seeds, Let it sprinkle then add Green Chilli & Asafoetida (Hing) & all the spices - Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder & Habanero Hot Sauce. Also add Moong Beans and Salt. Mix it well and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Keep it aside and let it cool down for half an hour.
- Till then chop all the required veggies and fruits to make Salad / Chaat.
- Now take a bowl to add finely chopped Onions, Tomato, Moong Beans, Cucumber, Muesli / Nylon Sev (or both), Tamarind Chutney, Grapes, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Sprinkle Pink Salt, Chaat Masala,
- Sprig Six Pepper Medley, Cumin Powder and Coriander Leaves.
- On top you can add more Grapes / Pomegranate while garnishing.
- Serve with Papad, Nachos, Khakra or Papdi.
